The Interstate Compact for School Psychologists (ICSP) has been scheduled for a hearing on Monday, February 3rd. We are asking members to provide written testimony in support of the ICSP. We also encourage you to share this request with other educators, families, and community partners. Here is example testimony from Colorado who was the second state to pass ICSP legislation. The Oregon state legislation is current in the 2025 Regular Session January 21, 2025 - June 29, 2025 There are numerous bills introduced that impact education and even school psychologists directly. The OSPA Government and Public Relations committee is actively watching these bills and we've partnered with NASP to keep a close eye on a few.
